Our apps are designed for children under the age of 13 years. Our website
(www.firstconcert.com) and our social media channels are just for parents and not for children.

Personal Data
Firstconcert Productions does not collect any personal data in our kids apps.
On our website (www.firstconcert.com) we may collect personal data that parents voluntarily provide. We collect personal data when a parent subscribes to a newsletter, submits content to a forum or blog, or requests technical support. This information may be used to provide services and the sites to you and to contact parents about new services and features. If you contact us for help we will only use your email address to reply to your question.

Non Personal Data
We collect and use non-personal information (“analytical data”) during the use of our apps.
To help us provide you with the best service, we work with the third party analytics provider Flox. This service helps us to understand your use of our apps. Their respective Privacy

COPPA
Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the event that a user identifies himself as a child under the age of 13 (through a support request or through any feedback) we will not collect, store or use any personal data. For parents we provide an optional newsletter that can be subscribed on our website www.firstconcert.com. Our list of email addresses to send these newsletters is made under

Section 312(c)(3) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013, which require that we notify you that:
(i) we are collecting the email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletters;
(ii) we use the email address solely for that purpose and the email address is not combined with any other information; and
(iii) that you may opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time by unsubscribing. Our newsletter is provided through our third party service providers, so we share your email address with them for the sole purpose of fulfilling newsletter subscriptions.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help analyze how users use our website and apps. These services use cookies and scripts to collect and store information such as how users interact with our apps, errors users encounter when using our apps, device identifiers, how often users visit the website, what pages they visit, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the website.
